●  Engine overheating under load

1. Check the air flow to the radiator. Don't be choked by bugs in good weather, or ice and snow in winter.

2. Check to ensure that all axles can rotate freely. Also, make sure there is no brake or tire resistance.

3. Check the engine fan and belt to ensure they are operating properly.

4. Check the outside air temperature. If the air temperature is very high and you are driving, slow down.

5. When the weather is hot, turn off the air conditioner on steep slopes. This will help keep the engine temperature from getting too high.

6. When the engine cools down, check the vehicle's engine oil and coolant. Check whether the liquid level is within the normal range and whether there is any leakage.

  Diesel engine starting problem

1. Check the fuel supply. Replace fuel filters as they may become clogged.

2. Check the connection between the battery and the starter. Possible cause of loose connections.

3. Take a look at the starter motor.

4. Check the fuel pump and fuel pipeline.

5. Check whether the fuel is contaminated. Replace fuel filter. Dirty fuel can cause starting problems.

6. Check and clean the air filter. Replace if necessary. A clogged filter can also prevent the motor from working properly.

7. Check the fuel injectors and engine control module at the repair shop.
