What causes a diesel engine to shudder?

Update time: 2024-03-04    visits: 82

The reasons why a diesel vehicle engine trembles may be as follows:

1. The injector parts of a certain cylinder are stuck or have poor atomization, resulting in the cylinder not working or working poorly. At this time, the cylinder disconnection method can be used for inspection.

2. The idle fuel supply of the fuel injection pump is uneven, resulting in uneven work of each cylinder.

3. Improper idle speed adjustment can be solved by adjusting the idle speed oil supply screw.

4. Improper valve clearance causes the cylinder to not work or work poorly. This can be solved by adjusting the valve clearance.

5. The valve seal is not tight, resulting in poor operation.

6. The engine is at high temperature or the engine oil is insufficient, causing difficulty in operating the parts.

7. The engine has serious carbon deposits. The solution is to clean the oil circuit and idle motor carbon deposits.
