4. Check whether there is sufficient lubrication grease in the oil injection point of the pump: remove the injection nozzle on the diesel engine circulating water pump, observe whether the lubrication grease inside is sufficient, if insufficient, apply the oil gun to inject sufficient lubrication grease into the inside.

5. Check whether the water in the tank is sufficient: found that the water in the tank is insufficient should be added in time, and the water added should be clean fresh water, such as tap water or clean river water. If the groundwater is used directly, it is easy to form scale in the tank, affecting the cooling effect and causing failure, therefore, the groundwater can be used after softening. In the north (where the ambient temperature is below zero), antifreeze with appropriate freezing point must be configured according to the local minimum temperature.

6. Check the fuel injection pump transmission connecting disc: check whether the connection screw is loose, if loose, should re-correct the injection advance Angle, and tighten the connection screw.

7. Clean the appearance of the diesel engine and auxiliary equipment: wipe the oil stains, water and dust on the surface of the fuselage, turbocharger, cylinder head cover, air cleaner with a dry cloth or a diesel soaked rag; Wipe or blow dust off the surface of the charging generator, radiator, fan, etc., with compressed air.
