Job responsibilities

1. Responsible for developing and improving various processes, procedures, rules and regulations related to recruitment and training, and forming a recruitment and training system;

2. Responsible for the evaluation and assessment of training results;

3. Responsible for establishing and updating staff training files, checking and supervising the professional knowledge training in various regions;

4. Investigated the training needs of various regions, assisted superiors to establish training systems, formulated annual staff training plans and medium and long-term training plans according to the development needs of the company, and organized and implemented them;

5. Responsible for the establishment and management of the company's talent reserve database, and the establishment and management of information confidentiality;

6. Responsible for staff file management, social security, provident fund and other management;

7. According to the existing establishment and business development needs, assist the supervisor to determine the recruitment target, summarize the number of positions and personnel needs, formulate and implement the recruitment plan;

8. Responsible for organizing the implementation, coordination, follow-up and analysis of various recruitment activities of the company;

9. Develop and maintain suitable recruitment channels according to the actual situation of the company and position setting;

10. Responsible for collecting and tracking the recruitment information of the talent market in various regions and the salary of various positions in the same industry, and making analysis reports;

11. Responsible for organizing and filing the attendance records of all office personnel and regional attendance records and reporting them to leaders.
